earlier described, ‘The World’s Seven Tastiest Rapid Feasts Awards’ had been
revealed at a gala
in April.

prize went to Barbacoa Santiago in Querétaro. The tacos at Santiago, a roadside cafe in the hands of the similar relatives, initially from the condition of Hidalgo, are famous. Wrapped in maguey leaves and pit-cooked right away more than wood, the

This common system of cooking, very similar to the ‘pib’ of the Mayan Yucatán, is little changed since pre-hispanic instances.

Barbacoa Santiago is located on the Carretera Mexico-Querétaro, km, Palmillas, San Juan del Río, Querétaro, about two hrs north of Mexico Town, and about one one/two hrs south of San Miguel de Allende. Open up just about every day until finally close to 7.
